You may use this program as described herein. This document is to serve as notification of the license/registration agreement, and purchase receipt, on a single machine. UTOPIA MORTGAGE SOFTWARE hereby grants a 'book' license to the original individual user (even if purchased by a company or other organization) of this copy of UTOPIA ORIGINATOR. You may use the program on your computer. Backup copies created through the UTOPIA ORIGINATOR backup utility are an acceptable means of backing up UTOPIA ORIGINATOR data files for safekeeping. UTOPIA MORTGAGE SOFTWARE makes no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including without limitation, any warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. UTOPIA MORTGAGE SOFTWARE shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising from a failure of this product to operate in the manner desired by the user. UTOPIA MORTGAGE SOFTWARE shall not be liable for any damage to data or property, which may be caused directly or indirectly by use of this program. UTOPIA MORTGAGE SOFTWARE makes no claims , offers no warranties, and assumes no responsibility for any sort of damage (mental or physical) resulting from the apparent or actual use of our products. Any files or forms provided with this product are not guaranteed as to merchantability or fitness for its ultimate use. User accepts all responsibility for use and may not resell any supplied portion of this product. Due to the permanent nature of software installations, UTOPIA MORTGAGE SOFTWARE has a 'no refund' policy on any and all software products with the specific exception of the 'Utopia Originator Trial Version'. Technical Support will be supplied to all software packages with the single exception of the Personal Edition, free of charge for a period of one year from the time of first contact with our support personnel. This support package includes telephone & e-mail support from 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday Eastern Standard Time. Support Contact Info: Technical Support for the Personal Edition (Trial) version is limited to free telephone support for installation and initial configuration and free unlimited e-mail support thereafter. A person, business, corporation, government organization or any other entity is strictly forbidden to use unregistered copies of this program, and to do so is a direct violation of this license agreement.
